About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling and networking, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, utilizing your ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and effectively.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of cold calling and sales success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and a passion for sales and business development.
