Job Title: Dedicated Sales Professional - German and English Speaker

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents.

Location: Athens, Hybrid

Estimated Salary: €24,640 per year (€2,053.33 per month)

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions effectively.

You will foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up, collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions effectively.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess fluency in both German and English (written and spoken), experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a tech-oriented field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
