We are a leading software company, Eco Plus Solutions AB, seeking a dedicated French-Speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Athens. This hybrid position allows you to work two days in our office and three days remotely. In this role, you will focus on driving sales and developing strong relationships with French-speaking clients. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Development: Initiate outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients in the French-speaking market. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by converting leads into loyal customers. Actively seek new business opportunities and devise strategies to enhance market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and expectations exceeded. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster loyalty. Gain a thorough understanding of each client's business objectives to provide customized software solutions. Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Upselling & Account Growth: Spot and act on opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with client needs. Present new software features and solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and value. Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective upselling and strong client interactions. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication during the sales process.
  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support to clients by addressing their questions, resolving issues, and providing product training. Ensure a positive client experience with our software solutions by promptly addressing any concerns. Assist clients during the onboarding process to guarantee successful implementation of our software.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics. Regularly report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback to management. Use client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C1 level or higher) with strong English language skills.
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation package included).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, particularly in cold calling and upselling. Experience in the software or SaaS industry is a significant advantage.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and meet sales goals.
  • Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various software platforms and quick to learn new technologies. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong skills in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially in a hybrid work setting.
  • Adaptability: Open to new challenges and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
