French Speaking Customer Success Account Manager

We are a fast-growing software company seeking a driven and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Success Account Manager to join our team in Athens, Greece. This hybrid role combines on-site work for two days a week with remote work for the remaining three days. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting our cutting-edge software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our software products. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within each client organization. Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business needs and challenges to offer tailored software solutions. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to help them fully utilize the software's features and maximize ROI.
- Upselling & Account Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for upselling additional products or services to current clients. Introduce new software features, add-ons, and services that align with the client's evolving business needs. Consistently meet or exceed upsell targets to drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to ensure successful account expansions.
- Cold Calling & Sales Development: Conduct cold calls to prospective business clients within the French-speaking market, generating interest in our solutions. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by converting prospects into long-term customers. Engage in outbound sales activities to drive business growth and increase market share. Partner with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns.
- Customer Success & Support: Provide dedicated support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and resolving any issues related to the software. Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to prevent churn and ensure long-term satisfaction. Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation of our software solutions. Escalate and manage technical issues in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, account statuses, and potential growth opportunities. Deliver regular performance reports and client feedback to management. Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall client satisfaction.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in French (C1 level or higher), with strong English communication skills.
- Location: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation package provided).
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cold calling and upselling. Previous experience in the software or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, achieve upsell targets, and drive business growth.
- Customer-Oriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with software tools and eager to learn new technologies. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently, managing time and priorities in a hybrid work setup.
- Adaptability: Willing to embrace new challenges in a fast-paced and ever-evolving software environment.
