Sales Director for Greece

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead the introduction of our products into the Greek market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, and providing sales training to resellers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and partners, introduce our company and product range, and establish relationships in the territory.
- Coordinate activities with local partners to promote our products.
- Provide sales training to resellers and customers, and product training to local installation teams.
- Manage all sales aspects of our trading in the territory, ultimately responsible for the relationship between our company and its customers.
- Achieve the sales budget.
- Contact and network with interest groups, associations, and architects.
- Establish a network of screen dealers.
- Ensure the ERP system has the correct customer information, discount structure, order status, warranty, and any other relevant information.
- Review our company's offering to the market and work with Sales and General Manager to adjust offering to meet Greek market demand.
- Follow up any warranty claims with factory and customer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our company's brand.
About You:
The successful candidate for this position will be an accomplished sales executive with outstanding negotiation and people skills, a background in manufacturing (preferably to the building industry) in a business-to-business capacity, and extensive experience increasing sales and creating value.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications and experience working with senior leadership.
- Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Native Greek speaker and professional level of English skills.
- Ability to interpret offer to local market expectations.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Self-starter able to work independently with remote supervision.
