Czech Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative for KultureTalent - Global Talent, you will be responsible for executing daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact decision makers, build rapport, and close sales. You will also develop and lead outbound campaigns, assess needs, and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact decision makers and build rapport
- Developing and leading outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and deal closure
- Assessing needs and closing sales
- Contributing to team projects to refine our sales process
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Czech speaker
- Advanced English skills
- Experienced in B2B sales or candidates with a sales mindset
What we offer:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 18:00pm
- Permanent contract
