Role:

  • Ensure compliant invoice creation per local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements worldwide.

  • Design and maintain invoice flows across multiple business models (services, hardware, DaaS).

  • Configure and manage billing logic and formats in ERP systems (Internal and MS D365 F&O).

  • Collaborate with tax, legal, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate and lawful billing.

  • Track regulatory changes and translate them into scalable billing process updates.

  • Support tax audits and ensure invoice-related documentation is audit-ready.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in international invoicing, billing compliance, or tax operations.

  • Strong knowledge of VAT/GST, e-invoicing mandates, and cross-border billing rules.

  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365).

  • Understanding of hardware logistics and their impact on invoicing and tax.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex regulatory environments.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a strong plus.
