Job Title: Obsolescence and Demand Planning Specialist

The role of Obsolescence and Demand Planning Specialist is key to achieving this vision. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that our products remain fresh and relevant in the market.

Key Accountabilities
  • Weekly Finished Goods Freshness reports population
  • Finished Goods Freshness Risks communication to all involved stakeholders in a regular basis
  • Action Planning and follow up on identified freshness risks
  • Governance of Monthly Rootcausing of reported Finished Goods Obsoletes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree
  • Strong analytical skills, Microsoft Excel savvy
  • Robust understanding of Supply Chain Operations E2E (make, move) that can impact Waste generation
  • Good level of English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross-functional communication and influence
  • Negotiation skills / Good listener
