PEGASOS S.A. is one of the leading distribution companies in Greece since 1979, focusing on snacking products in FMCG industry. We are proud to exclusively represent Haribo gummies and Panini collectibles, while also managing a strong portfolio of brands such as Lindt, Corny, Capri Sun and McVitie's.

We are currently in search of a Demand & Supply Planner to join our team and be responsible for the coordination of all forecasting activities. You will ensure the appropriate availability of our products by keeping track of inventory, anticipating demand, and suggesting purchases to ensure product sufficiency without overcapitalizing stock.

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Create reliable monthly demand forecasts for each product (SKUs) using market trends, historical sales, and stock levels from different locations.

  • Coordinate inbound flow (from order processing to products receipt)

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating sales & marketing promotion and new launch activities

  • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

What you need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in demand planning/purchasing role

  • BSc in Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field

  • Top tier MS Office skills (particularly Excel)

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management

  • Advanced mathematical and analytical skills

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis

  • Stellar communication skills, capable of engaging with internal teams and suppliers with ease

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
