Overview of the Role

We seek an experienced Planner/Scheduler to join our growing team. You will manage project schedules, analyze delays, and perform Time Impact Analysis, primarily within construction projects. Primavera P6 proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6; prepare schedule basis documents.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define work scope, WBS, and schedule structure for progress measurement and control.
  • Coordinate schedules from multiple contractors and disciplines into the master project schedule.
  • Verify schedule integrity, logic, float paths, and constructability.
  • Conduct delay analysis, evaluate schedule impacts, and perform or assess Time Impact Analyses.
  • Identify critical and near-critical activities; assess impacts and develop recovery plans.
  • Review contractor schedules, recommend changes, and support schedule updates.
  • Monitor schedule deviations, identify corrective actions, and communicate risks to project teams.
  • Facilitate schedule progress reporting, trend analysis, and risk-based completion forecasts.
  • Assist project managers with resource allocation, schedule risk analysis, and earned value management.
  • Verify physical progress through site visits; support schedule review meetings.
  • Analyze change orders for schedule impacts and assess contractual scheduling implications.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, on schedule performance and delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering; PMP/CAPM preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project (minimum 5+ years).
  • Proven skills in delay analysis and performing/time impact analysis.
  • Strong technical background in large-scale construction projects and contract scheduling.
  • Knowledge of earned value management, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, scope control, and progress measurement.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex scheduling issues proactively.
