Project Planner

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συντάσσει και διαμορφώνει χρονοδιαγράμματα των επιμέρους τμημάτων και του συνολικού έργου με τη χρήση αντίστοιχων λογισμικών.
  • Εφαρμόζει τις τρέχουσες μεθοδολογίες προγραμματισμού και παρακολούθησης χρονοδιαγραμμάτων (resource & cost loading, curves, KPI's, EAV methodology κ.α.)
  • Μελετά τις συμβάσεις του έργου και ενημερώνει τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη για τις προθεσμίες.
  • Ενημερώνει το χρονοδιάγραμμα εργασιών και οργανώνει και διατηρεί τα δεδομένα και τις πληροφορίες, βάσει των απαιτήσεων του εκάστοτε έργου.
  • Παρέχει τις απαιτούμενες πληροφορίες προς τη διεύθυνση του έργου.
  • Συνεργάζεται με όλους τους εμπλεκόμενους φορείς, διευκολύνοντας την επικοινωνία σε κάθε στάδιο υλοποίησης του έργου.
  • Συντάσσει και παρουσιάζει τις εκθέσεις παρακολούθησης προόδου στη διεύθυνση του έργου σε τακτικά χρονικά διαστήματα.

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
  • Σπουδές στο αντικείμενο του χρονικού προγραμματισμού θα εκτιμηθούν
  • 5 έτη εμπειρίας σε χρονοδιαγράμματα κτιριακών έργων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση λογισμικού Primavera
  • Άριστη γνώση λογισμικού MS Project
  • Άριστη γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office
