Η θέση του/ της Demand Planner, διασφαλίζει τη διαθεσιμότητα και έγκαιρη παράδοση των προϊόντων και διαδραματίζει κομβικό ρόλο στην ευρύτερη ομάδα της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας. Τα καθήκοντά του/της περιλαμβάνουν την παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση του αποθέματος, την πρόβλεψη ζήτησης και τη στενή συνεργασία με τις ομάδες πωλήσεων, marketing, αποθήκης κτλ.

Περιγραφή θέσης εργασίας

  • Παρακολούθηση αποθέματος προϊόντων και με βάση τις αναλύσεις πωλήσεων ανά κατάστημα, διάθεση και αναδιανομή των αντίστοιχων κωδικών

  • Δημιουργία αναφορών προόδου τροφοδοσίας και ροής αποθέματος. Δημιουργία αντίστοιχων report (παρακολούθηση BI εργαλείου)

  • Συμμετοχή σε διατμηματικές συναντήσεις και επικοινωνία με εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα, όπως πωλήσεις, marketing, αποθήκη κτλ για συναφή με το αντικείμενο έργα

Χρήση του ERP για θέματα παρακολούθησης αποθεμάτων και προγραμματισμού ζήτησης (demand planning & forecasting)

  • Στρατηγική διαχείριση αποθέματος (υφισταμένων και νέων προϊόντων) με βάση την ταχύτητα κίνησής τους (slow moving and/ or obsoletes) και σε άμεση συνεργασία με το δίκτυο λιανικής

  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση πορείας αποσύρσεων προϊόντων στο τέλος της κάθε σεζόν

  • Συμμετοχή σε ad hoc project του τμήματος

Προσόντα

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε θέσεις Demand Planning ή αντίστοιχη θέση

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ στην Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα ή αντίστοιχο πεδίο

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε Logistics ή Operations Management επιθυμητός

  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Επιθυμητή γνώση λογισμικού πρόβλεψης ζήτησης και βάσεων δεδομένων

  • Κατανόηση πρακτικών και διαδικασιών διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων

  • Εξαιρετικές αναλυτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

  • Ικανότητα επίτευξης στόχων και προθεσμιών

  • Ικανότητα λήψης γρήγορων και τεκμηριωμένων αποφάσεων
