Inventory Planning Specialist

is one of the leading companies in the distribution of tyres and lubricants for the Greek market. The appropriate candidate will belong to the marketing department and will be a direct report to the Inventory and Supply Planning Manager.
After his/her training, will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Stock management
- Order planning and sales forecasting
- Liaise with key suppliers and coordinate the replenishment process
- Customer Service, including order taking, problem-solving & complaint management
- Reporting
- Product management coordination
The candidate must fulfil the following qualifications:
- BSc in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or similar fields
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (expert use of Excel)
- Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including teamwork and cooperation
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, identifying effective solutions along with a results-driven approach
- Great verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in Greek and English
