Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Billing Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing intercompany offers, project and service offers, and establishing billing processes and accuracy. They will also utilize ERP entries to prepare weekly reports, prepare service contracts for new customers, and communicate with other departments within the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare intercompany offers for services provided within the group
  • Prepare project and service offers for customers
  • Liaise with operations and accounting to establish billing processes and accuracy
  • Utilize ERP entries to prepare weekly reports
  • Prepare service contracts for new customers
  • Communicate with other departments within the group
  • Detect and resolve errors in billing operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc degree in Engineering or Business Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in FM/Construction/Services Company
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Soft1 ERP/SAP
  • Excellent command of English language (written and verbal)
  • Strong PC literacy and skills in Office Excel
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
