Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager (Italy)

Our client is a leader in PET packaging, producing preforms and bottles for various applications, leveraging sustainable and innovative packaging technologies.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in Italy. The role also includes building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Set sales prices, prepare budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide market and customer reports to the internal team.
  • Lead business development meetings.
  • Travel around 70% of the time within Italy.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, engineering, materials science).
  • Italian living in Hellas or Hellenic Origin with strong relationships in Italy - Knowing the Italian Market.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within a B2B environment.
  • Strong sales and marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
