, creating one of the largest and most dynamic travel management networks worldwide. This partnership opens new opportunities, expands our reach, and strengthens our position as a global industry leader.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and client meetings to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, present travel products and services, highlighting benefits and value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities both within existing and new accounts.
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements to relevant departments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue from client accounts.
- Gather client feedback to improve service quality and client experience.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Monitor account performance and sales metrics, preparing regular reports on account status, sales progress, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and service level agreements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the tourism industry.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and products.
Working Conditions
- Working hours 9 to 5 Monday- Friday. Flexibility of working overtime in case of industry events or client projects.
- This position typically operates in an onsite office environment, in parallel with external client meetings, with the ability to WFH 8 days/month after the completion of the onboarding process.
- May require occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
