Account Manager
to join our growing team, with excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, strong interpersonal skills, a polite personality, good aesthetics & willing to learn and evolve.

You are:

  • Familiar with account management & strategy
  • Have a flair for client communication
  • Understand consumer behavior.
  • A team spirit player.
  • Agile, honest & always willing to learn.
  • Able to collaborate with members across the teams.
  • Comfortable making decisions and working independently, yet a team player at heart.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager (1-2 years of experience),
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate
  • Excellent knowledge of using MS Office tools
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
  • Making sure clients receive requested products and services on time
  • Communicating client needs and demands to the right person, so as to bring the best result.
  • Managing projects & delivering results that meet client's needs.
