Your Impact: Operational Excellence and Client Retention

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of commercial accounts, building trust and ensuring long-term loyalty.
  • Order & Logistics: Manage complex appliance orders, coordinate delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Post-Sales Support: Handle post-sales service inquiries, escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring clear and timely communication with the client.
  • Team Contribution: Work on-site in the Greece office, actively collaborating with sales and support teams to streamline commercial operations.
  • Volume Handling: Demonstrate the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize competing tasks effectively.
