Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Present the company's products and services effectively to clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each account.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Monitor progress and results, analyze developments, and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of major customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and account retention.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet account requirements.
Stay informed on industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage account budgets, prepare forecasts, track key metrics, and report performance to senior management.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns within managed accounts.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within IT solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
