Let's start with the role:
The
Senior Key Account Manager
will manage a portfolio of high-value customers in the local market, focusing on building long-term, strategic relationships. The role aims to enhance customer loyalty through highly personalized experiences, while ensuring sustainable growth and responsible gaming. This position carries strong ownership of performance, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the evolution of the Key Account strategy.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers, fostering long-term relationships, loyalty, and sustainable lifetime value
- Deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences through tailored communication, rewards, and engagement strategies
- Own portfolio performance, including retention, activity, and commercial results
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing top-tier service across all channels and handling complex customer cases independently
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure timely, appropriate reward allocation aligned with responsible gaming principles
- Design and execute advanced lifecycle and engagement strategies for high-value customers
- Plan, host, and evaluate VIP events in collaboration with Hospitality and Sponsorship teams
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy and ROI
- Represent the voice of Key Accounts internally, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Support and mentor Key Account Managers by sharing best practices when required
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or managing high-value customer portfolios
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building experience
- Excellent command of English
- Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Passion for the online gaming industry
- High sense of ownership, autonomy, and teamwork
- Professional appearance and willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours
