Athens | Full-time | Reporting to Business Lead

We are looking for an
Account Manager & Business Development Manager
who will work directly under our
Business Lead
, supporting key clients and identifying new opportunities across Greece & SEE.

What you will do

  • Manage and support client accounts with professionalism and consistency.
  • Collaborate daily with the
    Business Lead
    on campaigns, strategy & growth.
  • Coordinate with digital, creative and operations teams.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and prepare proposals/presentations.
  • Maintain CRM records and support campaign planning.

What we're looking for

We want someone who understands both sides of the industry
.

Ideally you have:

  • 2–5 years experience in
    Marketing, Account Management or Business Development.
  • Background either from the client side (FMCG / consumer categories)
    or
    from marketing/advertising agencies
    —
    or even better, a mix of both.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building & commercial instincts.
  • Ability to operate with ownership, but also to collaborate closely with the Business Lead.
  • A positive, adaptable mindset and a desire to grow.

Bonus:
Experience in baby/parents category, consumer health or digital services.
