Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at SSPC - Software Solution P.C. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, Searching new Customers, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential business clients.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with clients to present company products and services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT, Software or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to visit clients.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
