Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at SSPC - Software Solution P.C. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, Searching new Customers, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential business clients.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients to present company products and services.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT, Software or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.
- Valid driving license and willingness to visit clients.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
