Job Brief
We are seeking an
Account Manager
to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships, act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, and support the execution of sales and marketing plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, results-driven professional who wants to build a career in account management and sales within the tech industry.
You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the long-term success of our clients and our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, providing guidance on our products and services. - Account Management
: Manage a portfolio of accounts, monitor performance, and deliver regular sales reports. - Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client connections, respond promptly to inquiries, and identify opportunities for growth. - Retention & Growth
: Support initiatives to increase client satisfaction, upsell and cross-sell solutions, and strengthen loyalty. - Product Expertise
: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively present their value. - Prospecting:
Identify potential clients, expand the sales pipeline, and promote new applications and services to existing customers. - Market Insights
: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities. - Networking:
Represent Modus at events, conferences, and networking forums. - Feedback & Support
: Gather client feedback and provide after-sales support tailored to their needs. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure project delivery, client satisfaction, and timely support.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills in
Greek and English
(verbal & written). - Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- BSc in IT, Computer Science, or related field
. - Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
is a plus. - Minimum
5 years' experience
as an Account Manager or in a relevant sales role.
