Account Manager
to strengthen and grow its partnerships in the Messaging and Digital Solutions landscape.

The candidate's mission will be to
manage a portfolio of key clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling
, supporting M-STAT's commitment to delivering innovative and reliable solutions in the A2P messaging space.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day interactions and providing exceptional customer support.
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to account growth.
  • Monitor account performance, track client satisfaction, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to advise clients strategically.

Must-have skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in
    Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support
    , ideally in telecom, messaging, or digital services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to handle client inquiries and build trust.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and support requests simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ticketing tools.

Good-to-have skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
