Now we are seeking an experienced
Sales Account Director
to join our
Sales Team
in Athens, with specialization in the
Energy Market
. This role is pivotal in retaining our clientele while driving market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather market intelligence on network technologies and develop strategic work plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision persons in the industries and find new business opportunities.
  • Discovery to understand client needs and align our solutions with client needs, meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers to identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead internal coordination for resource allocation and feasibility assessments of potential projects.
  • Plan and execute customer-related activities, including conferences and events.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively, fostering strong and trusting relationships.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop tender proposals and related documents in response to customer RFPs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to define project scopes and deliver comprehensive tender proposals.
  • Conduct customer visits to capture evolving requirements and adjust project documentation accordingly.
  • Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management within the Telecoms or Energy Industry expertise in the Energy Sector (e.g. Power Supply, Battery, Solar Power, Data Center).
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills, with a target-driven and results-focused mindset.
  • Proven experience in client negotiations and meeting customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organized and flexible, with excellent time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in multicultural environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
