Sales Director
to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across Swot Hospitality's portfolio. The Sales Director plays a pivotal role in positioning our properties in key markets, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring sales efforts align with the company's commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
  • Leads and inspires the Sales team across assigned properties, ensuring productivity, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Builds, develops, and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, MICE partners, and other business segments.
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Revenue Management to optimize demand generation, pricing strategies, and brand positioning.
  • Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Oversees the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing accurate and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Represents Swot Hospitality at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
  • Ensures all sales strategies and activities align with Swot Hospitality's values, brand standards, and service excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry (multi-property or cluster experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Strong network of corporate, MICE, and travel trade contacts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
