About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in IT Outsourcing Services to lead the commercial growth and strengthen of our client's market position in Greece and abroad.

The ideal candidate has previously worked in IT outsourcing or technology consulting firms and brings a strong professional network of end clients - companies seeking IT outsourcing, managed services, or dedicated teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales and go-to-market strategy for IT Outsourcing Services.
  • Drive new business opportunities through existing networks and proactive outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery and account management teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities in outsourcing and digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B sales within IT Services or Outsourcing.
  • Previous experience in recognized outsourcing companies.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts among key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers) in Greek or international - foreign organisations.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with nearshore/offshore outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
  • Solid understanding of modern technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Application Development, Data & Analytics).
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
