Sales Director
to lead and scale our sales strategy, team, and revenue growth.

Job Description

The
Sales Director
will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across regions and sectors. You will lead the sales team, drive customer acquisition and retention, and expand our footprint in the ERP and IT services market. You will work closely with senior management to align sales initiatives with the company's business goals and lead key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for ERP and IT services
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team across multiple locations
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align messaging and proposals
  • Oversee the preparation of offers, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and market trends
  • Participate in strategic planning and revenue forecasting with senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership roles, ideally in ERP or IT services
  • Deep understanding of ERP solutions (SoftOne ERP experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving team performance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Fluency in Greek and professional command of English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SoftOne ERP product suite
  • Network of potential B2B customers in the Greek or wider European market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Experience in consultative selling and long-cycle solution sales
