Guest Relations Agent

Παρέχονται:

  • Εκπαίδευση.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Καλωσόρισμα των πελατών με φιλικό και επαγγελματικό τρόπο.

  • Έλεγχος της λίστας αφίξεων και έλεγχος λίστας VIP πελατών για την υποδοχή αυτών.

  • Αντιμετώπιση και διαβίβαση παραπόνων των πελατών και διαχείριση VIP πελατών.

  • Παροχή βοήθειας στην προετοιμασία φακέλων με ενημερωτικό υλικό (π.χ. μενού, υπηρεσίας δωματίου, περιγραφές χώρων).

  • Παροχή πληροφοριών για τις ανέσεις, την περιοχή και τους χώρους και προώθηση υπηρεσιών του Ομίλου.

  • Προσωποποιημένη Εξυπηρέτηση.

  • Πρόβλεψη των αναγκών των πελατών και δημιουργία καλής σχέσης με αυτούς.

  • Παροχή υποστήριξης σε ορισμένες εργασίες της υποδοχής (όπως C/I, C/O).

  • Καθημερινή καταγραφή πληροφοριών στο ημερολόγιο.

  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα υγείας και ποιότητας.

  • Συμμετοχή στη εύρυθμη λειτουργία της reception και κάλυψη βάρδιας εφόσον χρειαστεί.

  • Απάντηση σε κριτικές σε πλατφόρμες όπως Booking, Google κ.λ.π

  • Διαχείριση ειδικών αιτημάτων( τούρτες, κρατήσεις κ.λ.π).

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία, εξοικείωση με τα πρότυπα του κλάδου της φιλοξενίας

  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση

  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε απαιτητικές συνθήκες, συνθήκες πίεσης

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης παραπόνων και επίλυσης προβλημάτων

  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης

  • Εξυπηρετικότατα, ευγένεια, φιλικότητα

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα

  • Εξωστρεφής προσωπικότητα
