About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World's 50 Best Hotels ), we are seeking a highly engaged Guest Services Agent for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract) .

What You Will Do

• Comply with all departmental policies, service, procedures and standards; Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
• Ensure that service standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
• Liaise with team, ensure guests' luggage are loaded and unloaded from the vehicle correctly and in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the hotel flags are always in excellent condition, inform relevant department when and if need maintenance or cleaning.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure the luggage are stored safely and correctly in the luggage - storage room.
• Liaise with Front Desk and Concierge to ensure the guest luggage are delivered and retrieved from and to the guest room or storeroom within the required time, provide le Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests by names whenever possible, however busy and whatever time of day.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
