Job Role: As a Front Office Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and professional environment from the moment they arrive. You will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, handle guest inquiries efficiently, and contribute to an exceptional guest journey throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out:Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

  • Reservation Management:Verify and confirm guest reservations accurately.

  • Payment Processing:Collect and process payments, issue invoices, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Ensure all financial transactions are conducted securely and in compliance with hotel policies.

  • Information and Assistance:Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options. Offer recommendations and assistance to enhance their stay.

  • Telephone and Email Communication:Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and transfer calls to appropriate departments. Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone and email.

  • Problem Resolution:Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

  • Safety and Security:Monitor and maintain the security of the front desk area, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests. Follow hotel security and emergency procedures, as required.

  • Administrative Duties:Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and updating guest information.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Hospitality or related field from National or International university – AEI or TEI).

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position, leadership in hospitality strongly required.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively under pressure

  • High knowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered a must.

  • Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
