We are looking for a
Reservations & Sales Agent
(maternity cover) with a commercial mindset and passion for service excellence, who will play a key role in ensuring smooth and revenue-driven reservations operations.

Your Role

As our
Reservations & Sales Agent
, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests — and a vital contributor to the hotel's occupancy and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities


Manage reservations via phone, email & online platforms (OTAs, GDS, direct bookings)

Record, update & monitor booking details in the PMS (ideally Protel)

Communicate with guests regarding special requests and promote up-selling / cross-selling opportunities

Monitor availability, occupancy, and market trends

Support management with pricing strategy & yield management

Collaborate closely with Front Office, Sales & Marketing teams

Participate in creating and promoting special offers and loyalty programs

What You Bring

Experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5★ or luxury boutique hotel

Excellent command of English & Greek (a third language is a plus)

Familiarity with PMS (Protel or similar), channel manager & CRM systems

Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Service-oriented, polished, and professional

Understanding of ADR, RevPAR, and Occupancy metrics is a strong advantage
