Revenue and Reservations Manager

Position Overview:
The Reservations Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the hotel's reservation operations, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of optimizing room inventory, managing distribution channels, and fostering strong relationships with guests and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reservation Management:
o Oversee all booking channels—including direct reservations, OTAs, travel agents, and corporate accounts—to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
o Process confirmations, modifications, and cancellations promptly, maintaining meticulous records.
· Revenue Optimization:
o Analyze room availability and allocation to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
o Collaborate with Revenue Management to implement dynamic pricing strategies across channels.
· Guest Relations:
o Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency, ensuring a positive experience.
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key travel agents, corporate partners, and repeat guests.
· Cross-Functional Coordination:
o Communicate seamlessly with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to guarantee guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
o Share daily updates on room status, high-profile arrivals, and group bookings.
· Systems & Reporting:
o Utilize the property management system (PMS), reservation software, and CRM tools to maintain accurate guest profiles and booking preferences.
o Generate regular reports on booking trends, channel performance, and revenue forecasts.
· Product Knowledge:
o Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the hotel's facilities, services, packages, and local activities to provide informed recommendations to guests.
· Requirements
o Minimum of three years' hands-on experience in hotel reservations or revenue management, ideally within luxury hospitality.
o Familiarity with Protel and WebHotelier reservation systems is a strong advantage.
o Deep understanding of rate structures, distribution channels, and strategies for revenue optimization.
o Fluent communication skills in English and Greek; proficiency in additional languages highly desirable.
o Unwavering guest-centric approach with meticulous attention to detail.
