About the role:

As the Revenue Manager at Empiria Group, you will play a vital role in executing the organization's revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and optimize performance across our hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue & Reservations, you will support the implementation of pricing strategies, inventory control measures, and distribution tactics to drive top-line revenue growth. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive approach to performance optimization. You will collaborate closely with the Reservations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent alignment of business objectives and revenue goals. Your contribution will support the strategic initiatives led by the Director of Revenue, while also providing day-to-day oversight of revenue performance, data accuracy, and channel management. You will monitor key revenue indicators, maintain system accuracy, and identify trends and opportunities through data analysis and market research. Key accountabilities:

· Support the Director of Revenue in developing and executing short- and long-term revenue strategies.

· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Booking Pace) and provide regular performance reports.

· Assist in preparing accurate forecasts and budgets based on market trends, historical data, and booking patterns.

· Manage inventory and rate settings in all distribution systems (PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, Channel Manager, etc.) to ensure optimal availability and pricing.

· Conduct daily pick-up analysis and adjust pricing or restrictions to respond to market demand.

· Maintain the accuracy of data across systems and ensure rate parity across all distribution channels.

· Participate in weekly Revenue Management Meetings and provide relevant data insights and tactical recommendations.

· Perform competitive set analysis, benchmarking hotel performance and pricing against key competitors.

· Collaborate with the Reservations Team to ensure policies, best practices, and service standards are consistently applied.

· Assist in evaluating the performance of third-party distribution partners and OTAs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing departments to align promotional offers and pricing with demand trends and target segments.

· Contribute to the implementation of revenue management tools and processes, supporting a revenue-focused culture across departments.

· Stay informed of market developments, economic trends, and local demand drivers that may impact revenue performance.

Key Competencies and Skills

· Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

· Proficient in revenue management systems (e.g., RMS, PMS, channel managers, OTA extranets).

· Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Solid understanding of hotel operations, sales, and distribution principles.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.

· Results-driven with a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.

·       A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an international hotel chain

·       Computer literate, high level command of excel and powerpoint

·       Knowledge of hotels systems, PMS, especially Opera and Fidelio, Channel Manager, OTA extranets

·       Expertise in pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and yield management.

·       Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

·       Experience aligning pricing strategies with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

·       Ability to create reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses.

·       Knowledge of Marriott systems such as One Yield, MARSHA, and other proprietary platforms (e.g., MRDW, HPP) will be considered a strong asset.
