Nur Aparthotels is looking for a dynamic
Revenue Manager
to join our team and take ownership of revenue performance across our collection of upscale Aparthotels. This role focuses on maximizing profitability, enhancing long-stay and short-stay strategies, and ensuring that each property reaches its full market potential.

Company Overview

We are a rapidly expanding hospitality brand headquartered in Athens.

Since born in June 2023 with a portfolio of 14 rooms, we have grown to 101 rooms distributed across five distinct properties. Our offering is centered around modern, design-focused accommodations suitable for both short-term and extended stays.

Responsibilities:

· Develop yearly and seasonal room sales forecasts for all Nur Aparthotels

· Monitor weekly sales performance using key KPIs (reservations pick-up, occupancy, room nights, revenue, ADR) and adjust strategies accordingly

· Design and implement tailored pricing strategies that reflect the individuality and positioning of each aparthotel

· Optimize OTA setups and overall connectivity with PMS, channel managers, and distribution platforms

· Analyze competition and market trends to anticipate demand and maintain a competitive edge

· Generate, present, and monitor weekly revenue reports for management review

· Maximize long-stay opportunities while balancing short-stay demand to ensure optimal mix and profitability

Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of proven experience in Revenue Management, preferably in upscale hotels or serviced apartments

· Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies

· Excellent computer literacy, especially Excel

· Strong knowledge of hotel technologies: PMS Hotelizer, Channel Manager, GDS, OTAs

· Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and delivering growth

· Ownership mindset with the ability to drive and implement new projects

· Exceptional analytical and numeric skills with fast, data-driven decision-making

· Commercially oriented with a proactive sales approach

· Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders (reservations, operations, suppliers)
