Job description:
At Titania Hotel Athens, one of the city's landmark properties, we are looking for a Regional Hotel Revenue Manager with a strategic mindset and passion for analytics. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence pricing strategy, distribution, and profitability—ensuring our hotel stays ahead in a competitive Athens market.
What You'll Do:
- Design and execute smart revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and demand patterns to set data-driven room rates.
- Use advanced tools and forecasting models to guide business decisions.
- Create promotions and packages that attract different guest segments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ancillary revenue.
- Support annual budgeting and KPI setting, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, B2B, B2C, corporate contracts) ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to boost performance across all channels.
- Share your expertise by supporting and training other teams on revenue management.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Hospitality, Economic, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in revenue management within the hospitality (Athen's market experience preferred).
- High proficiency in revenue systems (IDeaS, Duetto, Opera), Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of OTAs, GDS, and distribution strategies.
- Certification in revenue management is a plus.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about revenue optimization.
