About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Revenue Manager with a proven background in luxury hospitality and resorts. This role involves overseeing pricing strategies, forecasting, and distribution management for high-end properties. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of the luxury hotel and resort segment, strong commercial acumen, and an ability to balance exclusivity with profitability.

This role is critical in maximizing revenue, optimizing profitability, and ensuring sustainable growth across our premium portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across luxury resort operations.
  • Prepare accurate demand forecasts, budgets, and business plans tailored to seasonal and high-end leisure markets.
  • Monitor luxury travel trends, competitor strategies, and market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
  • Optimize inventory allocation across all channels, including OTAs, GDS, direct bookings, and exclusive distribution partners.
  • Lead daily/weekly revenue and strategy meetings, providing insights to senior management and ownership.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align premium positioning with revenue objectives.
  • Ensure system accuracy and optimal use of RMS, PMS, and distribution tools tailored for luxury hospitality.
  • Produce regular revenue performance and KPI reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue management within luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury travel and resort guest profile, with a global perspective.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and forecasting skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, seasonal, and international markets.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional language will be a plus.
