We are seeking an experienced Reservations Executive to join our pre-opening team and help us create unforgettable first impressions for our guests, with flexibility for permanent relocation in Samos during the seasonal period.

Job Overview

As a Reservations Executive, you'll be the voice and heart of our guest experience , managing reservations, building relationships, and ensuring every detail reflects our MGallery standards of warmth and elegance. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the reservations process, collaborating closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle individual and group reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Optimize room sales through upselling and efficient inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Revenue teams to ensure accuracy and seamless operations.
  • Maintain guest data and records according to brand and company standards.
  • Represent the MGallery spirit of meaningful, story-driven hospitality in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in Reservations or Front Office roles, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
  • Strong command of English (Greek and/or additional languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (Opera experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a proactive, guest-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for joining a pre-opening environment.
