Reservations Agent
 to join our growing team.

At Reveffect, we specialize in helping luxury hotels and resorts maximize their revenue performance. We manage reservations and sales operations for a diverse portfolio of high-end hospitality properties across Greece, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the very first contact.

Role Overview

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings for our partner hotels. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate reservations, and top-notch service quality that reflects the standards of our luxury clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and availability.
  • Maximize booking opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain reservation systems (PMS, channel managers, OTAs).
  • Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and stays.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong guest relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or sales (hospitality sector preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in 
    Greek and English
     (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and online booking channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Athens, Greece
