Καθήκοντα

  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος Guest Relations, διασφαλίζοντας εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση και άριστη εμπειρία πελατών.

  • Επίβλεψη, καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση της ομάδας Guest Relations, ενισχύοντας την επαγγελματική παρουσία και πειθαρχία.

  • Check-in VIP και επαναλαμβανόμενων πελατών με εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση, διαχείριση rooming και παρακολούθηση guest profiles & preferences.

  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων και feedback πελατών, τόσο εντός ξενοδοχείου όσο και σε online πλατφόρμες (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, ), με στόχο τη βελτίωση υπηρεσιών και φήμης.

  • Προώθηση in-house υπηρεσιών και συνεργαζόμενων επιχειρήσεων, μεγιστοποίηση εσόδων του τμήματος, διαχείριση κρατήσεων εστιατορίων και πωλήσεων εκδρομών.

  • Συνεργασία με τμήματα Events, Sales & Marketing για ειδικές εκδηλώσεις, weddings και inspections, καθώς και συμμετοχή στις διαδικασίες ανοίγματος και κλεισίματος του Room Division.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Τουριστικές Επιχειρήσεις, Διοίκηση Ξενοδοχείων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση ευθύνης στο Front Office ή Guest Relations.

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά) και πολύ καλή γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας.

  • Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών και PMS συστημάτων (Protel/Opera).

  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης παραπόνων πελατών.

  • Εμπειρία στην ανάλυση feedback, διαχείριση εσόδων και προώθηση in-house υπηρεσιών για αύξηση της αφοσίωσης πελατών.
