Neptune Luxury Resort***** in Kos island is looking for candidates for the following position:

Guest Relations Manager

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay in our hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way

  • Providing information about facilities, programs and other services

  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers

  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and operating procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Excellent knowledge of German and English

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
