Το ξενοδοχείο ELIVI Skiathos, στο πλαίσιο της προετοιμασίας για τη σεζόν 2026, αναζητά Guest Relations Agent. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ευγένεια και προσανατολισμό στην εμπειρία του επισκέπτη, με στόχο την παροχή προσωποποιημένης εξυπηρέτησης και τη διαχείριση κάθε αιτήματος με επαγγελματισμό. Guest Relation Agent

Απαραίτητα προσόντα υποψηφίου:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 5* αστέρων

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα)

  • Άριστη επικοινωνία, διακριτικότητα, ευγένεια

  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με όλα τα τμήματα

  • Ευελιξία σε ωράρια – πρωινά & απογευματινά

Κύρια καθήκοντα:

  • Υποδοχή και εξατομικευμένη εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών

  • Ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα, παρατηρήσεις και ανάγκες των πελατών

  • Συντονισμός με όλα τα τμήματα για την άψογη εμπειρία διαμονής

  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων με ευγένεια και αποτελεσματικότητα

  • Ενημέρωση των πελατών σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρονται από το ξενοδοχείο.

  • Πληροφόρηση σχετικά με σημαντικούς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους ή τουριστικά σημεία του νησιού
