Καθήκοντα:

  • Υποδοχή και καλωσόρισμα των πελατών κατά την άφιξη και αναχώρηση με φιλικό και επαγγελματικό τρόπο.

  • Διαχείριση check-in και check-out, καθώς και ειδικών αιτημάτων (VIP, ειδικές κρατήσεις).

Ανταπόκριση σε ερωτήματα, παράπονα ή αιτήματα πελατών με άμεσο, ευγενικό και αποτελεσματικό τρόπο.

  • Συντονισμός με άλλα τμήματα (Housekeeping, F&B) για να εξασφαλιστεί η ομαλή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.

  • Παροχή πληροφοριών για τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου, τοπικά αξιοθέατα και δραστηριότητες.

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ή εμπειρία σε Τουρισμό / Φιλοξενία (επιθυμητό).

  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (και άλλες γλώσσες επιπλέον θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα).

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, ευγένεια και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
