Job Overview:
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with energy, a growth mindset, and a passion for teamwork and strategy. If you thrive in building relationships, leading teams, and driving results in a fast-paced digital environment, you could be the perfect fit for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Alongside the Sales Management develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth. Establish clear, measurable revenue targets based on company growth objectives, seasonal trends, and market supply.
- Lead, support and inspire the sales team to meet their goals Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality service and engagement.
- Define KPIs, regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement, optimize sales strategies and provide detailed reports and strategic insights to the commercial director
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate and establish strong and profitable relationships with key corporate partners
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to ensure our services remain competitive and relevant
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and ensure a healthy employer/job seeker equilibrium
- Collaborate with Product teams to align sales initiatives and needs with product offerings
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales or growth-related roles, ideally in digital services, online platforms, or HR tech
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
- Comfortable with KPIs, data, and using numbers to inform strategy Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Greek and English
