Business Development Manager – Greece (Cyber Insurance & Security Broker)

We are an international cyber insurance and brokerage group with a strong presence across Europe. Our mission is to provide modern insurance and cyber security solutions — protecting individuals, businesses, and organizations not only in their traditional insurance needs but also against today's digital risks. As part of our expansion into external markets, we have recently opened a branch in Greece and are now looking for a motivated and proactive leader to build, manage, and grow our operations locally.

Who we are looking for ?

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager
who will take full ownership of our branch in Greece. This is a
senior managerial position
with responsibility to represent our brand, organize operations, and establish our market presence in Greece. You will drive business development, build a sales team, lead client acquisition, and ensure that our branch becomes a trusted name for both insurance and cyber security solutions.

What we are looking for in our Business Manager?

  • Lead and manage the branch's organizational and sales activities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the Greek market
  • Build and grow relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • Promote both traditional insurance and innovative cyber insurance/security solutions
  • Represent the company and build the brand within Greece
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a local team as the branch grows
  • Collaborate with the international network to align with group strategy
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational standards

    experience in the insurance market
    (brokerage, underwriting, or sales)

  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek market and fluency in Greek and English
