We are looking for a Growth and Business Development Manager to join our team.

This is a pivotal role, one that blends strategic thinking with creative sharpness, communications flair with digital acumen. You will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, expanding INTERWEAVE's presence across Greece, MENA and Europe, and helping us shape partnerships that are bold, brave, and long-lasting.

You'll work alongside our senior leadership team, strategy, marketing, and creative units. You will scope opportunities, build proposals, lead client conversations, represent the agency in presentations and events, and oversee the full digital funnel, from awareness to conversion. You'll travel, connect, pitch, write, and always push for the next opportunity.

If you are a self-driven professional with a track record in agency or consultancy environments, fluent in the language of B2B services and fluent in spotting the real brief behind the brief, we'd love to meet you.

As Growth and Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Lead the firm's growth strategy, identifying opportunities and potential partners in the Greek, MENA and European markets
  • Attend meetings (in-person and online) and represent INTERWEAVE in a sharp, strategic, and engaging manner
  • Proactively bring in qualified leads and build relationships with prospects and partners
  • Oversee and optimise our digital funnel, collaborating with strategy and performance teams to align automation and content
  • Scope client needs, write proposals and craft tailored solutions, this is a core skill and a key success factor for the role
  • Write thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies) to build INTERWEAVE's visibility and credibility
  • Manage our community building activities and our communications activities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in positioning, pricing, and project pipeline
  • Stay up to date with industry shifts, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding, digital, and communications

Requirements

We're looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness with storytelling skill, and who thrives in complex, creative environments.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, client services or strategic growth roles
  • A background in consulting firms, creative/digital agencies, software houses or B2B service-based startups
  • Proven success in scoping and converting complex B2B opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Familiarity lead gen tools
  • Familiarity with funnel automation platforms
  • Experience in crafting proposals, budgets, and presentations that win hearts and minds
  • An understanding of the consulting services landscape
  • An understanding of the creative and digital services landscape, from brand strategy and design to marketing and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic is a plus
  • A collaborative spirit, but also the confidence to take the lead and run with it
  • Availability to travel within Greece, MENA and Europe as needed
  • Excellent presentation skills
