Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a three-year business & go-to-market plan positioning Jaqpot as a reference modelling engine for the chemicals, materials and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Lead seed and Series A fund-raising, blending equity investment with non-dilutive EU grants, and manage ongoing investor relations.
  • Secure at least two paid pilot contracts and build an annual recurring revenue pipeline within 12 months.
  • Coordinate exploitation, dissemination, and sustainability deliverables across Horizon Europe work packages.
  • Translate customer and regulator feedback into product road-maps in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Represent Jaqpot at conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings; contribute to follow-on grant proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in innovation management, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Three or more years' experience commercialising deep-tech or B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven success in raising funding (venture capital, angel investment, or EU grants).
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary, international teams.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or PhD focused on technology management or market adoption.
  • Domain familiarity with chemicals, life-sciences, or digital health.
  • Understanding of OECD QSAR, REACH, or SSbD frameworks.
  • Track record of packaging scientific software into commercial offerings.
