The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated and skilled
International Business Development Manager
to join our International Department. This role is pivotal in driving growth across international markets, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and opening new commercial opportunities for both ZAGORI and Green Cola.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies for international market growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in target regions.
  • Build, manage, grow and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyse the exports' sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Prepare annually and monthly in-depth Sales Forecast per area and per client
  • Submit proposals for the strategic development plan of his/her area of responsibility
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs and business missions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, supply chain and QA departments to ensure excellent customer support and brand consistency.
  • Travel frequently to the area and the clients he/she is accountable for

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in international sales/business development, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or food industry.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master's degree in marketing or management will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (verbal & written)
  • Strong entrepreneurial, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
