We're now expanding our presence in Greece and looking for an ambitious, tech-curious salesperson who enjoys meeting people, exploring opportunities, and opening new collaborations that help businesses optimize their IT spending.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in developing new B2B opportunities, meeting clients, and closing deals that deliver real value.

What you'll do

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with new B2B clients across Greece — from SMBs to large corporations.
  • Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, online outreach, and in-person meetings.
  • Present Forscope's innovative licensing solutions, including pre-owned Microsoft and Autodesk perpetual licenses, helping clients reduce costs while staying compliant.
  • Lead meetings with IT and procurement managers, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure and handover to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate closely with our Solutions and Support teams to ensure professional service and client satisfaction.

Having your own car for client visits is an advantage. Travel expenses for client meetings and team events are fully covered.

Who you are

  • You have experience in B2B or direct sales, ideally in IT, software, or a technology-related field.
  • You're a hunter by mindset – energetic, curious, and persistent in finding new business opportunities.
  • You're comfortable speaking with IT decision-makers and understand how software and licensing work in business environments.
  • You speak Greek fluently and English confidently (B2+).
  • You're based in Athens or nearby and open to traveling within Greece for client meetings.
  • You prefer independent B2B collaboration over standard employment.
