Currently we are seeking to recruit for our office in Athens a Senior Business Development Manager with the following requirements:

Role Purpose

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead Axia Hospitality's growth strategy, with a strong focus on developing new partnerships, evaluating investment opportunities, and designing high-level business and development plans. The role acts as a key liaison with senior executives of hotel companies and investors, contributing directly to the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop business plans and development reports for existing and new clients.


• Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and performance reviews of hotel properties.


• Prepare professional presentations for banks, investors, hotel owners, and internal use.


• Participate in client meetings, concept presentations, and development proposal discussions.


• Build and manage relationships with banking executives to support investment projects and assess financing potential.


• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations departments to prepare comprehensive proposals.


• Monitor tourism trends and integrate insights into strategic planning.


• Support the onboarding of new partnerships through opportunity analysis and development strategy design.

Required Qualifications


• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Hotel Development, Consulting, or related field.


• Strong understanding of hotel operations, OTAs, sales, and revenue management.


• Ability to write business plans and perform basic to intermediate financial analyses.


• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and high-quality presentation creation.


• Strong presentation, communication, and client-relationship management skills.


• Strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent command of Greek and English.
